Iggy Garcia is a Peruvian Shaman, author, speaker, radio host, drum circle facilitator, teacher, coach, and community leader. He is the founder of the Condor Eagle Society and serves as its Chief Hoop Watcher, helping individuals and communities explore healing, personal growth, spiritual connection, and the sacredness found in everyday life.
Born in Lima, Peru, and raised in the United States, Iggy brings together Indigenous wisdom, spiritual practice, life experience, rhythm, storytelling, and more than four decades of working with people. His approach is grounded and human. He believes wisdom isn’t something that only comes from books or traditions. It also comes from living, loving, losing, questioning, laughing, making mistakes, and continuing to learn.
Since founding the Condor Eagle Society in 2000, Iggy has facilitated drum circles, ceremonies, workshops, classes, community gatherings, and educational programs for thousands of people throughout Ohio and beyond. Drumming remains at the heart of much of his work, not simply as music, but as a way of bringing people together, creating connection, and giving people space to listen to themselves and one another.
Iggy is also the founder and host of WithInsightsRadio.com, where he has interviewed authors, healers, spiritual teachers, community leaders, and visionaries from around the world. His conversations are rooted in curiosity and the belief that none of us has all the answers, but we can learn a great deal by listening to one another.
As an author and educator, Iggy writes and teaches about drumming, spirituality, shamanism, grief, personal growth, self-discovery, and our relationship with the natural and spiritual worlds.
