I’m passionate about personal fitness training and lifestyle/nutrition coaching, emphasizing the clients’ greatest area of need. I believe in taking small steps at a time to make sustainable changes; getting clients ready for rest-of-their-life fitness and not a quick fix.
My background is from Ohio State University in Recreation Education with strong emphasis in Exercise Science. I’ve been certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine for Personal Training, and completed continuing education in Muscle Activation Techniques, Postural Restoration, Post-Rehab training, and I’m certified as a Precision Nutrition level 1 coach, and Stress Management, Sleep, and Recovery coach.
