Eve Hermann, LMT, SEP (she/her) is a somatic practitioner with training in massage therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Craniosacral Therapy and Transforming Touch. She has been in practice since 2007.
Her work focuses on relieving long-term held tension, which can include physiological trauma responses. With the understanding that strain and stress lead to inflammation, pain, and discomfort, Eve focuses on inviting you to reset your system towards less strain and stress—leading to holistic body repair.
She also facilitates workshops to educate and engage others on topics such as the polyvagal theory, presence practices, and creative self-care.
