Core Stabilization Training

Domain: Mechanics | Knowledge

Before strength becomes the focus, it is important to evaluate basic core control and stability.  These pre-strength considerations are too often overlooked but are absolutely essential to long-term physical integrity and dynamic functioning.  This work is insightful and beneficial for chronic pain patients as well as elite movers.  You learn to better understand and train your unique body to be as resilient, efficient and adaptable as possible.  Training is done through breath-work, table work, floor exercises, stability balls, foam rollers, other stability and biofeedback props.
