Energy healing sessions are personalized to meet the needs of each individual client. During your session, Sara places both hands on or above areas of your fully-clothed body in specific patterns to enable energy to flow, striving to remove stagnant energy that may be causing you pain, physically or psychologically. When these blockages are removed, deep and meaningful healing begins very easily and effortlessly.
Sara Millet has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003, upon graduating from Ohio College of Massotherapy. She attained the Second Degree in the Reiki Method of Natural Healing and has been mentored by internationally known spiritualists and mediums.
