Embodying the creative energy of compassion and drawing from her training in the traditional practices of Spiritual Direction (sacred story birthing), Reiki, and Hatha Yoga, Elizabeth invites individuals of all ages to grow into deeper, more meaning full, intentional and empowered expressions of themselves.
Clients can explore living into their current life challenges/transitions through any one or a combination of these techniques. An initial meeting to explore working with Elizabeth is done for a donation. Sliding fee scales for students, retirees and others allows services to remain affordable.
A graduate of The Wellstreams Program and The International Center for Reiki Training, Elizabeth brings a special depth and breadth of understanding, intuition and deeply connected energy to clients. A graduate of The Samyoga Institute and certified in Accessible Yoga and the C.A.L.M.M. Curriculum for Children with Autism and Special Needs, And Integrated Somatic Yoga, Elizabeth is committed to teaching Yoga that is accessible to those who have been left out of receiving the benefits of this great embodied wisdom tradition.
